Trails perfect for families
Getting out for a walk is great way to boost your fitness and bond as a family. They may be short in distance but they all offer access to beautiful landscapes and scenery.
You can reach all of them by train and a number by bus. Remember, kids travel free on our rail services.
The walks below are suitable for a family with children older than seven (although we cannot guarantee a tantrum-free walk…). If you’re pushing a buggy, our accessible walk and wheels could also offer inspiration.
