Current service updates

New: Incident due to a fault on a train at Pantyffynnon (PTF) until 08:00.

Due to a fault on a train at Pantyffynnon (PTF):

Services will be cancelled in both directions between Swansea (SWA) and Llandrindod (LLO).

We expect the incident to last until 08:00 and disruption to services is expected from 05:45 until 10:00.

We are currently sourcing replacement road transport.

Due to a shortage of train drivers between Pwllheli (PWL) and Machynlleth (MCN):

Services will be cancelled from Pwllheli (PWL) towards Machynlleth (MCN).

We expect the incident to last until 09:30 and disruption to services is expected from 06:29 until 09:30.

What's Happened?

Due to a shortage of train drivers the 06:29 Service from Pwllheli to Machynlleth is cancelled.

We have organised busses at Pwllheli to assist customers to complete their journey at no extra cost. These will arrive at Pwllheli at approximately 06:29 and call all stops to Machynlleth provided by Lloyds Coaches.

We have organised busses at Barmouth to assist customers to complete their journey at no extra cost. These will arrive at Barmouth at approximately 07:49 and call all stops to Machynlleth provided by Lloyds Coaches.

These arrangements will be in place until 09:30
